Job Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and a passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences. This individual will play a critical role in scaling our Sales and Go-to-Market teams while partnering closely with hiring managers across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech companies
  • Proven success hiring for Sales or Go-to-Market roles
  • Background in sourcing and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong client management skills, including the ability to give strategic pushback and influence decisions
  • High attention to detail with a data-driven mindset and familiarity with metrics and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills - both in engaging with candidates and aligning expectations with hiring teams
  • A growth mindset, high curiosity, and a passion for continuously improving processes
