OVERVIEW
Alera Group is looking for an Employee Benefits Regional Compliance Manager. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you! Prior experience in Employee Benefits highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Employee Benefits compliance support to regional Alera Group offices, serving as the main point of contact for benefit-related compliance inquiries and resources
Partner with Regional Compliance Consultants to facilitate communications, training, and consistent use of compliance materials and systems (e.g., Alera Dashboard, ARCH Marketing Cloud, 5500 COE, AleraHR)
Collaborate across teams to ensure uniformity in responses, maintain compliance documentation, and deliver high-quality client and internal support
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in employee benefits with strong knowledge of IRS Section 125, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and related regulations
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to cross-functional teamwork

Salary range is $75K to 85K per year.
