Job Description
We are seeking a Rental Shop Lead Technician to join our team at Yancey Bros. Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing problems and performing advanced mechanical repairs on rental equipment, supporting management in safety, operational workflow, and equipment quality, and developing reporting technicians.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diesel Mechanic Certifications
  • 5+ years in operations management, business planning, or sales support management role
  • Leadership, Vision, Competitiveness and Drive
  • Strong accountability and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced problem solving capabilities
  • Previous experience and demonstrated success in team leadership and leader development
  • Understanding of the rental industry
  • Advanced IT skills in required applications
  • Advanced troubleshooting diagnostic skills
