As a Respite Worker, you will provide short-term relief to caregivers for individuals with developmental disabilities or participants in respite services, helping them with personal care, recreation, and supervision within their homes. This role involves overseeing the individual's safety and well-being, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to program requirements for documentation and training.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience working with children and adults, particularly those diagnosed with Autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Ability to work independently, flexible, and varied hours
  • Bilingual fluency
  • Basic Computer Literacy (Internet, email, spreadsheets)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
