Job Description
At Backcountry, our mission is to connect people to their passions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills, and experience with Point-of-Sale systems is a plus
