Job Description
Join Meliá as a Sales Advisor and embark on a journey without borders. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating new sales of the Circle product, advising and motivating customers to acquire the membership, and providing an optimal treatment to customers. The role requires a flexible schedule, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the benefits and characteristics of the product.

Requirements

  • Detect sales opportunities and work strategically to ensure a successful closing
  • Possess effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Present the advantages and benefits of the product in a coherent and consistent manner
  • Provide personalized customer service
  • Carry out an after-sales follow-up of customers
  • Properly channel requests for reservations or membership use
