Job Description
We are a business consulting company for Auto Repair Shops, looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers.

Requirements

  • Research, identify, and reach out to potential prospects through phone calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and ensure they meet target customer criteria.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings set).
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging.
  • Stay up to date on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to prospects.
