Requirements

  • 3-6 years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, or L&D for Sales in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated experience running onboarding, delivering ongoing sales training, and providing structured call coaching
  • Strong understanding of the modern sales tool stack: Salesforce, Apollo, Orum, Gong, Notion, Aligned, Google Drive
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, clear, concise, and confident in front of teams
  • Ability to synthesize product updates into simple, compelling sales narratives
  • A builder mindset with a bias for speed and iteration, you turn ambiguity into structure quickly
  • Data-oriented thinking: you track enablement impact and continuously refine your programs
