Requirements

  • 6+ years experience leading sales teams that exceed targets in complex enterprise software
  • Strong background in location technology or adjacent fields
  • Proven record selling to product and engineering leaders
  • Experience with multi-threaded enterprise cycles
  • Strong grasp of usage-based pricing, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
  • Ability to build and scale a hunter culture with clear execution standards
  • Clear communicator who lifts team performance through coaching and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
