Job Description
Highgate Hotels is seeking a Sales Manager to expand client relationships and drive revenue through effective account management and sales outreach. The role involves prospecting, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with existing and potential guests. Responsibilities include revenue management, operating the sales department, and monitoring market trends.

Requirements

  • Attend daily Highgate Hotel Business Review (HHBR) meeting.
  • Develop a full working knowledge of the hotel operations.
  • Develop a complete knowledge of company sales policies and SOP’s.
  • Operate the Sales Department within established sales expense budget.
  • Initiate and follow up on leads.
  • Monitor production of all top accounts and evaluate trends.
  • Meet or exceed sales solicitation call goals.
  • Regularly contact existing accounts based on the tracing frequencies.
  • Assist in implementing special promotions.
  • Conduct a professional, thorough site inspection of the hotel.
  • Entertain clients
  • Handle inquiries as part of Inquiry Day Program
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Comply with Highgate Hotel Standards
