Job Description
We are seeking a Salesperson to support our DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires basic knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and part knowledge. The position can be part-time or full-time and requires a fleet safety certification. Responsibilities include providing excellent selling experiences, maintaining store product and operational standards, and performing inventory processes.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and part knowledge
  • Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers
  • In-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes
  • Basic driving and navigation ability
  • Ability to use delivery board system
  • Friendly communication
  • Ability to locate and stock parts
  • Safety knowledge and skills
  • Operating inventory systems and store equipment
  • Parts and automotive system knowledge skills
  • Operating POS and Parts lookup systems
  • Expert at testing and diagnostic equipment for DIY service
