Requirements

  • Manage classroom operations to ensure compliance with MSDE-OCC regulations and company standards
  • Create and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating
  • Assist and supervise children during activities and counsel them as needed
  • Communicate effectively with parents and maintain open communication with the team
