Job Description
ACCEL Schools is seeking a friendly and energetic School Office Manager to manage all office functions, maintain student records, and support school events. The Office Manager will be a first point of contact for students, parents, and the public, ensuring a welcoming environment. They will work closely with the Principal to maintain administrative operations, comply with FERPA regulations, and support school initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years’ office management experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High quality written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
  • Experience working in an education setting preferred
