Job Description
The Seasonal Bell Attendant role at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa involves ensuring guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. The role requires strong verbal communication skills, ability to stand for entire shift and walk long distances, and ability to lift, push, pull and carry heavy amounts of weight. The position also involves making quick decisions in tough situations and being detail oriented and organized.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry heavy amounts of weight.
  • Must be able to make quick decisions in tough situations.
  • Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations preferred.
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of Opera.
  • Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized.
  • Full availability including Weekends, Holidays and Overnight Shifts.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in the sun.
