Job Description

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting all property, patients, and staff, and will work closely with the Security Director and other departments to provide a safe environment.

Requirements

  • Work with the Security Director to ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and professionals.
  • Perform interior and exterior security checks, control access, and monitor CCTV cameras.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including arrests and suppression of unruly persons.
  • Maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations.
  • Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures, as well as labor agreements.
  • Conduct self in a professional manner and ensure personal appearance meets the standards necessary to perform the job function.
