Requirements

  • Proven success selling seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products directly to growers.
  • Strong agronomic knowledge and a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, Crop Science, or related field (preferred)
