Job Description
Workato is seeking a highly motivated Agentic AI Senior Account Executive to help found and scale a new global business unit focused on AI and Agent solutions. The role involves full sales cycle ownership, including pipeline generation, qualification, and post-sales growth, within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The company is now entering a stage where they can be scaled very quickly.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in a closing role; startup and scaleup experience preferred.
  • Working experience with or equivalent knowledge of GenAI and Agents.
  • Experience working with enterprise organizations and senior executives.
  • Proven track record of performance and problem-solving.
  • Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics: ruthlessly curious, sleeve roller, competitor, and maverick.
  • Student-like curiosity.
  • Sleeve roller-like problem-solving.
