Job Description
Allison is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our US Consumer team. This is a mid-level position where you may serve as an account lead on smaller teams and/or team lead on individual workstreams for larger accounts. Senior Account Executives work as the right-hand to the account manager and/or director, leading ongoing account work while contributing to the overall strategic direction of an account.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with senior account leads in the development and implementation of account strategy and planning, client growth, integrated campaigns, earned media and social media programs
  • Actively pursue earned media opportunities; network and build relationships with key media contacts, and proactively develop new story angles for clients
  • Oversee and provide direction and guidance for AEs, AAEs and ACs alongside the account manager or director
  • Maintain regular client contact via conversations and written communications, and foster client relationships across accounts
  • Begin developing skills outside traditional media relations, including building and planning integrated campaigns, social media strategy and execution, influencer relations, etc.
  • Support new business initiatives by developing first draft content and participating in new business presentations
  • Promote and uphold Allison’s core values and participate in agency-wide training and professional development programs
