Job Description
Requisition ID 2025-160965. The position is for a Senior Cloud Architect involved in establishing cloud infrastructures, managing architecture, and ensuring scalability, agility, and security within the cloud environment. This role will involve analyzing application requirements, defining infrastructure, and coordinating work with other cloud professionals to create a foundation within the cloud to host services.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in cloud architecture design, including networking, scalability, and security.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Preferably Azure.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and tools (containerization, Kubernetes, serverless computing).
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure including virtualization, storage, networking, and load balancing.
  • Awareness of cloud security best practices including encryption, micro segmentation, and least privilege.
  • Familiarity with cloud management and Infrastructure/Configuration as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience with DevSecOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.
  • Understanding of Microservice and Service Oriented Architecture patterns.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud observability toolsets.
  • Understanding of version control systems (Git) and their integration into CI tools.
  • Basic understanding of Linux administration and programming (Java, Python, C#).
  • Experience with identity and access management (Azure Entra ID, AWS IAM, Keycloak).
