We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Staff Augmentation team to provide client service deliverables, support client delivery and internal operations, and drive Decision Support tool adoption and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven cost accounting experience in the healthcare finance and analytics space
  • Knowledge of accounting and Decision Support reporting
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills, with ability to think quickly and deliver consultative response
  • Strong executive presence to manage senior level relationships
  • Collaborative working style to partner with client finance teams
  • Growth mindset to continuously improve program and client satisfaction
  • Advanced written and verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced skills Microsoft Excel and Power Point
