Job Description
Crusoe is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure. The role involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing technical guidance and support, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technical advancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment
Strong technical foundation in cloud computing platforms, AI, and ML technologies
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization
