Senior Director of People - North America

Requirements

• 15 years People/HR experience including 7 in a leadership role
• HR experience in a scaling, growing SaaS organisation
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
• Comprehensive expertise in People Operations, from process design to system implementation
• Deep understanding of organisational development, employee engagement and change management
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance and FP&A teams during planning cycles, including headcount forecasting, budget development, and strategic resource allocation to align People initiatives with organizational financial objectives
• Strong project management skills for managing People initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to People decision-making
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in multiple geographies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation structures
• Demonstrated ability to influence and manage change within a company
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
