Job Description
Headway is a mental health care company that aims to build a new system everyone can access. We're seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to play a critical role in strengthening organizational health, mitigating risk, and reinforcing our values. This role will lead employee relations and accommodations processes, partner with HRBPs, Legal, and business leaders, and support managers through performance documentation and disciplinary processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, or employment law-focused roles
  • Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments
  • Skills in handling complex ER matters with discretion, fairness, and sound judgment
