Senior Employment Litigation Counsel

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of employment disputes, including risk assessment and development of litigation defense strategies
• Work with investigative teams to ensure thorough, complete, and privileged investigations of employment-related matters
• Serve as a strong contributor on legal compliance matters relating to employment law issues
• Help to build and manage internal processes and policies to efficiently and effectively manage our growing litigation caseload
