Job Description
Hyatt seeks a Senior Hospitality Designer to join its Lifestyle Group in Austin, responsible for designing and facilitating hospitality projects, assisting the Head of Design and Director of Design, and coordinating with fellow design team members, clients, vendors, and consultants.

Requirements

  • MS, BFA, or BS in interior design or architecture preferred, but not required
  • A minimum of five (5) years related experience in hospitality design
  • Strong experience with the interior design process, including familiarity with FFE resources and construction documentation preparation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality design standards and operations, including fire safety codes, ADA codes, and applicable codes for textiles, furnishings, and finishes
  • Proven organizational abilities and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and complex consultant relationships
