Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to its Ads Training Platform, a critical component building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers its ads machine learning models. The role focuses on improving model performance, optimizing training pipelines, and enhancing Scalability. The team supports DevX initiatives such as experimentation pipelines and feature fan-out systems.

Requirements

  • At least 1+ years of experience in model profiling and optimising models for training and online serving on GPUs
  • At least 5+ (3+ for IC3) years of end-to-end experience in training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
  • Proficient in one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Scala) and a solid understanding of software development best practices.
  • Proven ability to debug and profile distributed training jobs.
  • Hands-on experience with a major machine learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and a deep understanding of core ML concepts and algorithms.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists.
