Job Description
As Senior Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead maintenance strategies for a complex, high-volume production environment while developing a high-performing team focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and equipment reliability.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of industrial maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, food production, protein processing, or related industrial environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in industrial maintenance systems including PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, refrigeration, boilers, and utilities.
  • Proven leadership experience developing maintenance teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing maintenance budgets, shutdown planning, preventive maintenance systems, and capital projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lead through influence, build cross-functional partnerships, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
