Job Description
Ramp is seeking a Front-Line Manager to lead a team of 5-7 Customer Success Managers, responsible for implementing and standardizing best practices for large-scale customer accounts. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and driving positive outcomes through a customer success and onboarding motion. The position will collaborate cross-functionally to support Ramp’s growth in the Enterprise segment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of implementation or customer success experience as an individual contributor
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience building and leading implementation or customer success teams
  • Prior success in fast-paced GTM environments
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, and Excel)
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Passion for hiring and team development
  • Understanding of technical product and financial value
