Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition is accountable for designing, developing, and deploying the talent acquisition strategy for BWXT. This role is responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment and all ancillary actions related to talent acquisition to ensure the right talent is hired to meet current and future business needs.
Requirements
Directs a team of recruiters and talent coordinators
Manages the recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate presentation, interview scheduling, candidate experience, travel, and tracking
Owns executive recruitment for the organization
Point of contact for temporary services needs
Manages the TA spend for all external vendors and services
Partners with internal/external resources to design and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns
Maintains ownership of TA related vendors and services and makes recommendations for changes and/or enhancements
Leads and influences the approach for early talent recruitment
Identifies BWXT partner schools and engagement activities
Manages the BWXT internship program
Utilizes Lean methodologies and tools to identify process improvements
Evaluates vendors and makes recommendations for change or enhancement
Understands market trends and themes and leverages technology to deliver best-in-class services
Partners with leaders to forecast talent needs in alignment with business priorities and transformations
