Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition is accountable for designing, developing, and deploying the talent acquisition strategy for BWXT. This role is responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment and all ancillary actions related to talent acquisition to ensure the right talent is hired to meet current and future business needs.

Requirements

  • Directs a team of recruiters and talent coordinators
  • Manages the recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate presentation, interview scheduling, candidate experience, travel, and tracking
  • Owns executive recruitment for the organization
  • Point of contact for temporary services needs
  • Manages the TA spend for all external vendors and services
  • Partners with internal/external resources to design and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Maintains ownership of TA related vendors and services and makes recommendations for changes and/or enhancements
  • Leads and influences the approach for early talent recruitment
  • Identifies BWXT partner schools and engagement activities
  • Manages the BWXT internship program
  • Utilizes Lean methodologies and tools to identify process improvements
  • Evaluates vendors and makes recommendations for change or enhancement
  • Understands market trends and themes and leverages technology to deliver best-in-class services
  • Partners with leaders to forecast talent needs in alignment with business priorities and transformations
