The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Product Delivery Specialist to join the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in Seattle, WA or Renton, WA . As a Product Delivery Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the product managers, technical leads, development teams, and cross-functional teams to drive the refinement and delivery of the product roadmap. While this role focuses on disciplined execution and strong collaboration rather than sole ownership of the enterprise-wide strategy, your proactive initiative will be instrumental in ensuring enhancements deliver measurable business value and maintain platform stability. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, skilled in agile delivery practices, and excellent at removing impediments, coordinating cross-functional work, and tracking outcomes to business value. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and engineering teams to plan, coordinate, and track feature delivery from discovery through production Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure consistent team cadence and quality outcomes Act as the operational owner of delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies; proactively surface issues and drive resolutions Maintain and communicate clear delivery plans, release schedules, and status updates to stakeholders Facilitate cross-team coordination for integrations, QA, UX, data, and operational readiness activities Ensure acceptance criteria, definition of done, and quality standards are clearly defined and met Monitor delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time, escape defects) and use data to improve predictability and throughput Manage feature toggles, release gating, and rollback procedures in coordination with technical leads and SRE/DevOps Support release readiness: deployment runbooks, smoke tests, monitoring configuration, and incident response alignment Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, and automation (CI/CD workflows, test automation adoption) Mentor and coach delivery team members on agile best practices and accountability for outcomes Align feature delivery to business value and OKRs, ensuring teams focus on measurable outcomes post-release Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience in product delivery, technical program management, or agile coaching roles supporting software teams 5+ years of experience working with product managers and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing features 5+ years of experience of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or Scrum ban) and experience running ceremonies and release planning 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership Experience with delivery and tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Experience with CI/CD principles, feature flagging, and basic release engineering concepts Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience Certifications such as CSPO, PSM, SAFe (PO/PM) or SAFe RTE Experience analyzing delivery metrics and drive process improvements based on data Experience with ambiguity and adept at prioritizing competing demands Experience in a product-led organization and working with modern SaaS product stacks Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Experience coordinating multiple delivery streams or large-scale program deliveries Experience in UX/Design collaboration and customer research incorporation into delivery Experience within the aerospace, defense, or government sectors/domains Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
