Job Description
Hiya is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead go-to-market strategy and growth for our SMB audience and digital self-service experience. You’ll define and reach our SMB audience with clear, differentiated messaging and campaigns, while also driving automated, scalable growth for customers who buy without direct sales engagement.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in SaaS product marketing, growth marketing, or a hybrid PMM / growth role
  • Hands-on experience with digital or product-led growth: website optimization, trials, activation journeys
  • Ability to turn complex capabilities into clear, outcome-driven messages for SMB buyers
  • Comfort working with funnel data, conversion metrics, and A/B testing to guide decisions
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator across product, marketing, design, and sales
  • Curiosity for user behavior and how small optimizations drive outsized results
