Senior Professional, Civil Engineering Design Manager

Requirements

• Perform professional civil task lead work on transportation projects
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior team or project teams
• Work closely with clients to meet and exceed their expectations
• Maintain quality assurance/quality control
• Coordinate with other design disciplines and workshare with other offices
• Remain current in the latest Civil Engineering techniques and practices
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs
• Assist in the growth and development of the Civil Engineering/Roadway design team
• Mentor or supervise early career staff to support their growth and professional development
• Collaborate with other local offices and in-house national transportation delivery experts
• Support transportation business development efforts, strategy development, client engagement and pursuits
