Job Description
Worksystems is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in workforce development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce development, or other relevant experience
  • Experience in program design, implementation, and evaluation
  • Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and manage contracts and budgets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet performance outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft 365, Zoom, Asana or similar project management tools
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
