Job Description
AeroVect is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Recruiter, Field Operations to build a world-class team as we scale to some of the world's largest airports. In this role, you'll source top talent, partner with founders and operations team, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Requirements
3+ years of recruiting experience
Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting field operations talent
Experience with ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever
