Job Description
Ceribell is seeking a Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and expertise in advanced sourcing strategies, including outbound sourcing for high-growth or specialized industries. The role will involve managing the entire recruitment process, developing and executing advanced sourcing strategies, and building robust, qualified pipelines for niche and high-priority roles.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Expertise in advanced Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS (Greenhouse) management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage up to 10+ requisitions simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with senior-level hiring managers
  • Experience working in a rapidly scaling startup or growth-stage company
