The role involves managing plan operations, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, and leading process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), or similar certifications preferred
  • 5+ years of direct retirement plan administration experience
  • Expertise in ERISA and applicable federal and state regulations
  • Proficiency with Fidelity Plan Sponsor tools and reporting
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
