Job Description
We are expanding our Salesforce Development team! Insulet has been a Salesforce customer for many years and leverages a wide range of platform capabilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver projects across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data 360, and Agentforce.

Requirements

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Build and enhance applications using the Lightning framework for internal and external users.
  • Support ongoing production Salesforce instances to ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, data migration plans, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes and recommend alternative solutions, including trade-off analysis.
  • Collaborating with Mulesoft integration developers to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and third-party systems (e.g., marketing automation, ERP).
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality and mentor junior developers.
  • Communicate effectively with IT leaders and business stakeholders regarding project status, enhancements, and production support.
