Job Description
Studs is a category-defining ear piercing and earring brand seeking a Senior Talent Manager to operate its company-wide talent infrastructure. The ideal candidate has experience in Talent Management, People Programs, HRBP, or Organizational Effectiveness and is comfortable interpreting talent data and building simple dashboards.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Management, People Programs, HRBP, Organizational Effectiveness, or PMO/Project Management within a People team
  • Experience running or supporting performance cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, or workforce planning
  • Strong analytical literacy, strong project management capability, and excellent writing and synthesis skills
