Job Description
OpenTeams is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team of industry-leading recruiting professionals. This role will serve as a 4-month contract covering a team member’s maternity leave, with strong potential for a full-time hire based on performance and organizational needs.
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience — both agency and in-house preferred.
3+ years recruiting for technical roles (ideally within the open-source software or engineering ecosystem).
Proven ability to partner directly with C-level leadership as a strategic advisor.
Strong record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments; calm under pressure and results-oriented.
A player-coach mindset - collaborative, supportive, and eager to help others succeed.
Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
Skilled in sourcing and building pipelines through creative, multi-channel outreach strategies.
