Job Description
This Senior Training Manager will develop and deliver training programs for the Heritage Enterprise, serving as a central resource on training strategy and content. They will oversee design, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives for various levels and delivery methods (classroom, web-based, blended learning, and offsite). The role involves maintaining the training vendor network and supporting staff development.
Requirements
Execute an annual needs assessment
Oversee the design, development, and delivery of learning resources
Lead content development meetings
Develop training promotional materials
Design and deploy training evaluation processes
Maintain skill competencies
Grow and maintain Heritage training vendor network
Develop annual training budget
Oversee training library maintenance
Ensure adequate staff training on Heritage’s LMS
Maintain staff training on internal share sites
Develop training content on internal share sites
Develop annual training budget
