Job Description
Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) is seeking a Service Coordinator to provide case management and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves assisting clients with accessing and maintaining services like transportation, vocational training, and independent living. It also entails advocating for clients with community agencies and consulting with vendors.

Requirements

  • Possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Valid California driver license and automobile liability insurance.
