Job Description
Join Ohio CAT as a Service Operations Manager and lead service operations within the Energy and Transportation segment. Provide leadership, manage budgets, and maintain superior customer and employee relations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two or four years of experience in a related field is preferred
  • Six years of service experience, including two years of managerial responsibility
  • Proven experience and ability in the areas of service maintenance, financial management, human relations, training, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Minimum five years of experience with Equipment, Power Systems, and/or Ag machinery parts and service
