Requirements

• Embrace the Company's safety culture and adhere to defined accountabilities implemented by the Safety Steering and Continuous Improvement teams
• Support, promote, and practice the Company core values, vision, and mission
• Observe safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions
• Adjust manual and computer-aided controls to maintain equipment within required operating ranges
• Provide guidance to plant ground crew and equipment operators related to daily operations of plant
• Maintain daily production logs and assist with production and operational reports
• Communicate professionally with others in person, over the phone, and on company radio channels
• Operate heavy and industrial equipment, vehicles, and tools as needed in support of operations
• Perform manual/physical tasks required in plant operation and maintenance activities
• Monitor plant performance and identify operational and/or mechanical issues
