The Solution Consultant is responsible for ensuring customers have an exceptional experience that drives adoption, loyalty, and expansion over the beginning of the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in customer success, support, implementations or account management roles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
