Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
2+ years of experience working at or with a major e-commerce marketplace in account management, seller operations, or marketplace strategy
Deep understanding of marketplace ecosystems, including seller lifecycle management, fulfillment, and performance optimization
Proven ability to analyze platform data and insights to develop actionable growth strategies, supported by strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
