Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience working at or with a major e-commerce marketplace in account management, seller operations, or marketplace strategy
  • Deep understanding of marketplace ecosystems, including seller lifecycle management, fulfillment, and performance optimization
  • Proven ability to analyze platform data and insights to develop actionable growth strategies, supported by strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
