Job Description
The City of Fort Worth is hiring a Sr. Administrative Assistant to serve as the Department-wide subject matter expert for purchasing and coordinate all purchases for the department. The position will also help create process improvements in purchasing procedures and aid in training department personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Three (3) years of increasingly responsible administrative and fiscal management experience, including one (1) year in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • PeopleSoft Purchasing or similar system-based purchasing processing
  • Adobe Sign (creating fillable forms)
  • Microsoft Excel
