Job Description
The Sr Compensation Analyst will drive analysis and execution of critical compensation projects to improve market competitiveness, process integrity, and employee experience. The role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days a week in the HQ office in Glendale, WI.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, job architecture, and incentive experience
Excellent analytical skill with ability to translate data into compelling stories
Excellent Microsoft Office Excel data management and analysis skills
Driven self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to operate autonomously
