Sr. Mobile Engineer

Requirements

• Lead technical strategy and architectural direction for iOS and Android applications
• Provide long term guidance to leadership and articulate complex technical concepts
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, design and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Take end to end ownership of the mobile development lifecycle
• Deep understanding of architecture patterns, performance optimizations and security best practices
• Strong experience in Swift, UiKit/SwiftUI, Kotlin, Compose and Java
• Solid understanding of CICD pipelines, unit test strategy, instrumentation and crash analysis
• Track record of mentoring engineers, providing thoughtful code reviews, and fostering technical growth
• BA/BS degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering Technical Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams on architecture design and be hands-on
• Mentor junior developers and have a solid understanding of design principles
• Implementation of security and data protection (PCI)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and be willing to architect complex systems
• Demonstrate the ability to design and hands-on develop large-scale systems
