Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior / Staff Data Engineer to help design and scale the core data platform powering mission-critical healthcare systems. This is a highly platform-focused engineering role — ideal for someone who enjoys building infrastructure, developer tooling, governance standards, and scalable data architecture rather than solely focusing on ETL pipelines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering or backend/platform engineering
  • Strong experience building and scaling data platforms and infrastructure
  • Deep expertise with AWS and modern open-source data tooling
  • Strong Python and SQL skills
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
  • Ability to drive technical decisions and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Comfortable owning tooling, standards, and platform strategy for multiple teams
  • Strong communication and mentorship skills
