Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for our most strategic customers in the Public Sector team. The role requires a deep understanding of identity and access management, cloud platforms, and software industry.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in information technology, cloud platforms or software industry
6+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or comparable role
4+ years in identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, or security best practices
Solid understanding of one or more of the following technologies and protocols
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
U.S. Citizenship: This position requires the ability to access federal environments and/or have access to protected federal data
