Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for our most strategic customers in the Public Sector team. The role requires a deep understanding of identity and access management, cloud platforms, and software industry.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in information technology, cloud platforms or software industry
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or comparable role
  • 4+ years in identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, or security best practices
  • Solid understanding of one or more of the following technologies and protocols
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
  • U.S. Citizenship: This position requires the ability to access federal environments and/or have access to protected federal data
